Our real estate strategies target a diverse range of investments targeted towards core-plus, value-add and opportunistic real estate investment opportunities. We pursue equity and debt investments in a variety of property types in Asia Pacific, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand. Investments include direct property investments as well as development opportunities with aligned, high-quality partners. Our opportunistic approach and our family office investor network’s extensive expertise allows us to capitalise on real estate in need of asset re-positioning.
Quintet Partners launched its Real Estate Debt Fund I strategy in 2017 to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns and produce current income by investing in real estate-related debt that is not anticipated to result in control of the underlying asset. This strategy specialises in debt-driven opportunities including commercial and residential mortgages, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity. Our approach incorporates Quintet Partners’ investment philosophy of risk evaluation and bottom-up analysis.

Quintet funded the purchase and development of a c.19,000sqm, seven storey commercial building located at 21 Harris St, Pyrmont in partnership with Milligan Group.
175-185 Gloucester St, The Rocks
Quintet acquired two suites (combined c.1,000sqm) within the building, successfully divesting one suite within 12 months to fully repay total investor commitments.
