Douglas Farrell, Managing Partner 

Mr. Farrell brings over 20 years of experience to the financial services industry, with a track record of advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions totaling over $100 billion across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.

Before establishing Quintet Partners, Mr. Farrell held several prominent roles in investment banking at Citigroup, where he served as a Managing Director. Based in Hong Kong and Australia, he led teams responsible for mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate transactions. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Farrell's expertise and strategic guidance played a pivotal role in shaping successful deals. His professional journey also includes positions at institutions such as Nomura, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Farrell's career began as an insolvency practitioner in Sydney, where he honed his financial acumen and obtained qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ICAA).

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and attended Sydney Grammar School. 

Mr. Farrell is currently serving as chair of the Australian World Orchestra, and holds board roles in Infrastructure Australia Group and Talent International.


Rahavan Yoganathan, Chief Operating Officer

Rahavan has over 25 years professional experience advising a diverse range of clients on over 100 completed mergers and acquisition transactions in Australia & New Zealand, North America, United Kingdom and Europe.

Prior to co-founding Saltire Capital Partners Rahavan was Managing Partner and Representative Officer of Crowe Horwath Corporate Finance. Before his time at Crowe Horwath, Rahavan held senior executive roles in corporate finance with PwC and EY where he worked on various transformative deals.
