Our focus is on making investments in undervalued companies across a variety of industries and sectors, and we emphasise risk control and downside protection. In certain cases, we pursue investments in industries that are out of favour or experiencing structural change.
Our investment criteria includes:
Minimum of $5m in historical and sustainable EBITDA
Enterprise Value between $25 million and $100 million
An established operating history, preferably more than 5 years
Well established business with favourable growth prospects
Attractive industry fundamentals and significant market position
High quality management with a clear growth strategy
Socially responsible investing

Established in 2008, Exact has eleven clinics servicing Brisbane’s western and southern corridor, with comprehensive and state-of-the-art clinics at all locations. Quintet has invested in Exact alongside the founders and in partnership with Direct Capital and Bridgeport Capital.

Talent is Australia & New Zealand’s largest IT recruitment contracting business with operations in the UK and US, generating revenues in excess of $1 billion annually. For over 25 years Talent has built strong bonds with the global IT contractor community. Talent now connects on average over 1,000 technology professionals with innovative organisations every year.
One Investment Group
One Investment Group is an independent funds management business providing professional fiduciary and administration services to investment managers. OIG operates multiple licensed entities to act as responsible entity and trustee for registered and unregistered managed investment schemes and are currently responsible for in excess of 300 funds and more than $35 billion across a wide range of underlying asset classes. Quintet has invested in OIG alongside the founders and in partnership with Yorkway Capital.

Northland Group is the pre-eminent foreign superannuation fund platform in Asia Pacific. With three decades of experience in the establishment and administration of foreign superannuation funds, along with fund administration and corporate services across complex jurisdictions. Founded in 1992, Northland Group identified the need to assist globally mobile people with a structure and platform to contribute and invest wealth for retirement. Northland Group are the preferred service provider to major international banking and financial institutions in the region with hundreds of clients across 15 countries, boasting a 99% client retention. Quintet has invested in Northland alongside the founders and in partnership with Yorkway Capital.
