Lira Bito-On - Finance Manager

Lira Bito-on is Manager of Finance at Quintet Partners, bringing over 5 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll management. A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Lira combines exceptional technical expertise with leadership capabilities.

Prior to joining Quintet Partners, Lira spent over four years at Vivid Enterprise Solutions, where she began as a Bookkeeper and was promoted to Team Leader after just over a year. She managed their team while handling complex financial operations for diverse Australian businesses. Her experience spans multiple industries, including building and construction, education and training (TAFE), hospitality, NDIS, restaurant, retail, and wine, with particular expertise in multi-currency transactions, BAS preparation, and implementing process automation.

Lira is proficient in a comprehensive suite of financial technology platforms including Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, and various payroll systems. As a Xero Payroll Certified professional and recognized Emerging Leader by Ab2 Institute of Accounting, she approaches her work with a detail-oriented yet efficient mindset.

Known for her positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement, Lira excels at streamlining financial processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
