Luke Davey - Associate

Luke Davey is an Investment Associate at Quintet Partners, bringing experience across corporate development, investment banking and corporate advisory to the firm’s investment activities.

Prior to joining Quintet Partners, Luke was a Corporate Development Manager at ITRS in London, where he worked on software transactions, strategic initiatives and corporate development opportunities. Before joining ITRS, Luke worked at Luminis Partners in Sydney, advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and other investment banking assignments.

Luke began his career at PwC, where he worked within the Mergers & Acquisitions team, providing corporate finance and transaction advisory services to mid-market companies.

Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology Sydney and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand program.

At Quintet Partners, Luke is involved across the investment lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company support. He works closely with business owners and management teams across Quintet’s private equity investment activities.
