Karl Santos - Office Manager

Karl Santos provides office management and administrative support across Quintet Partners, working closely with the investment and management team across the firm’s activities.

Karl brings experience in executive support, operational coordination and stakeholder management, with a particular focus on managing complex workflows, communications and administrative processes. At Quintet Partners, he supports document and information management and the day-to-day administration of the firm.

Prior to joining Quintet Partners, Karl worked with Cimpress, a NASDAQ-listed global technology and manufacturing group, where he supported customers across multiple communication channels and coordinated requirements across internal teams through to delivery. His role required strong attention to detail, effective prioritisation and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters within defined service and quality standards. He also worked on an Australian client account, providing him with direct experience supporting Australian stakeholders and working to Australian business hours.

Previously, Karl worked with Concentrix, a global technology and services business, where he held customer operations and back-office support roles encompassing workflow management, account administration, written communications and record management.
