Jay Ann Payumo is Assistant Finance Manager at Quintet Partners, bringing over five years of experience in Australian bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll management. Working closely with the Finance Manager, Jay Ann plays a key role in supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial services across the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Quintet Partners, Jay Ann held senior bookkeeping and accounting roles with international outsourcing and professional services firms. Most recently, she served as Senior Bookkeeper at BASE Global Solutions Inc, where she managed end-to-end bookkeeping functions for Australian clients, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing (including superannuation and statutory compliance), bank reconciliations, and end-of-month reporting. She was also responsible for preparing Monthly IAS and Quarterly BAS, ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory requirements. Earlier in her career, she maintained full sets of accounts, prepared financial reports, and supported multi-entity clients in accounting and corporate services environments.

Jay Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology and pursued further studies in Accountancy, graduating with academic distinction as a six-semester Dean’s Lister. She is a Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll Certified professional, with strong proficiency in Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, and other cloud-based financial systems.
