David Jansz - Analyst

David Jansz is an Investment Analyst at Quintet Partners, bringing experience across transaction advisory, operational management and financial analysis to the firm’s investment activities.

Prior to joining Quintet Partners, David was a Manager in Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group, where he provided financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to private equity and corporate clients. He worked across both buy-side and sell-side transactions, assessing financial performance, quality of earnings and the key value drivers underpinning transactions.

Previously, David was Finance and Operations Manager at a privately owned flexible workspace and commercial property services business, where he was responsible for financial management, operational performance and strategic initiatives. David began his career at KPMG.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics, from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

At Quintet Partners, David is involved across the investment lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company support. He works closely with the investment team, business owners and management teams across Quintet’s private equity investment activities.
